‘Elevation’ consists of eight self-contained luxury apartments on a steep site at the east end of the ‘Old Village’. 

The starting point in designing this private development was to review to the design guidelines for this part of the Village. The steep site created many structural and planning challenges as each floor had a different footprint, small at the lowest level and largest at the street, but this also created architectural opportunities and together with the Thredbo material palette, resulted in a development which fits into the Thredbo urban language.
