Julie Roach

Julie is a Senior Associate of DJRD and has considerable experience on a variety of project types including extensive experience in the adaptive reuse and manipulation of existing education buildings.

Julie’s role within DJRD is multi-disciplinary and includes briefing, concept and sketch design, design development for DA and CC, contract documentation, construction advice and project architect.

Julie joined DJRD in 1997 having previously worked on various theatre projects in both Sydney and London and she has been directly involved in the design and delivery of the Hordern Pavilion & Royal Hall of Industries Redevelopments, the adaptive reuse of the National Art School in Darlinghurst, a number of Tafe and school redevelopments including a New Science Block at Baulkham Hills High School. Most recently Julie has been Project Architect on the four-stage re-development of St. Scholastica’s College in Glebe.

Julie’s areas of expertise include TAFE / Schools, Commercial, Alpine and Residential projects.
